Our latest bathroom remodel in Greensboro, NC was a complete renovation from top to bottom. After removing the toilet, shower, vanity, lighting, finishes and floors, we were able to start from scratch with all new surfaces. The custom tile shower now includes subway tile walls with a mosaic tile accent and a hexagon-shaped tile for the shower floor. The homeowner chose large gray, square tiles for the flooring and a modern black vanity with a white sink to complete the modern, contemporary design of this beautiful bathroom.

What was previously an unfinished room in Raleigh is now a beautiful office with a unique feature. Insulation, drywall, paint and trim completed the room remodel, but it is the built-in shelving feature that sets this room apart.The homeowner wanted to conceal the storage on either side of the existing dormer windows. We created built-in shelving, but added wheels to make them mobile. Now, they serve dual functions: adding formal storage shelves while concealing additional storage. In our latest home addition, we built a full sun room addition to the back of this home where only a small deck existed previously. It was important for the sun room addition to serve as a multi-function space for the family, that it brought in lots of light and that it was complete with beautiful features.

The ceiling alone in this newly transformed space is an absolute show-stopper. We installed a tongue and groove ceiling, then added beams and crown molding to create a coffered ceiling.

Other features of this sun room addition include a wood-burning fireplace complete with a custom wood mantel, an accent wall complete with stone all the way to the ceiling, a slate tile floor, a ceiling fan, and a storm door with a built-in screen. Low E and Argon gas windows measuring 5’X10′ and recessed lights make sure there is plenty of light in the space day and night while maintaining climate stability.

Our custom fence builders created a unique design tailored perfectly to the needs of this Greensboro home in New Irving Park. We used 4-foot over-scalloped sections of cedar fencing in between brick columns to create a rustic, farmhouse design with maximum function. Within the design, we included two double-wide gates.

We recently completed expanding and upgrading an existing deck in Summerfield, NC. The homeowner wanted to increase the size and function of their existing deck.  In this deck renovation, we increased the size of the existing porch and added a A-frame porch using architectural shingles on the roof to match the home with a tongue and groove ceiling.  In addition, we built new stairs with additional decking for a future outdoor kitchen.

Our latest Greensboro kitchen remodel involved removing a load bearing wall between the living room and kitchen to create an open concept. Other modifications to the existing kitchen plan included the addition of an island, a new pantry, bench seating with storage and new lighting throughout the space.

We replaced the existing cabinetry with Durasupreme cabinets and topped them with Quartz countertops. A custom tile backsplash makes this kitchen one-of-a-kind. New paint and  hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor completed our most recent kitchen remodel in a now beautifully renovated Greensboro home.
