By using Trex decking, non-rot trim, vinyl siding, and vinyl rails, we ensured the space would be easy to maintain and last for years to come. We used the Screen Eze system and finished it with an Anderson screen door.  Seamless gutters and downspouts will ensure proper drainage and the architectural shingles and trim match the home
