The screened porch we recently built in Oak Ridge, NC used pressure treated stained decking and non-rot Miratec trim. We installed fiberglass screening using the Screeneeze® system and added a white vinyl railing with black aluminum balusters.

The owner selected a shed-roof design, architectural shingles, and seamless gutters and downspouts to match the existing home. Inside, a painted tongue and groove ceiling, and a lighted ceiling fan finish off the space.

The “bells and whistles” of this beautiful screened porch include an Anderson screen door, two skylights, outlets, floodlights, a lower deck for grilling, and a walkway to the driveway, painted and stained to match the porch.
