We recently completed a stunning bathroom renovation in Northern Guilford County with a few add-ons to the downstairs of the home including repairing and refinishing hardwood floors and installing a new front door. Read on to see images and learn details from this project!
The new bathroom shines with marble-like porcelain tile on both the floor and walls of the shower. The shower has two showerheads: one of which is a rain-head, and the other is a handheld. We also replaced the ceiling in the bathroom and installed recessed lights. We topped the new vanity with quartz countertops, new lighting, and modern mirrors.
The existing hardwood floors in the home were previously installed incorrectly. We ended up removing around 400 sq. feet of improperly installed flooring and replaced it with matching Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors. We also removed the tile floor in the kitchen and the carpet in the bedroom and installed the same flooring to match. After refinishing all the floors with Loba 2K Invisible Protect A.T., the entire downstairs (other than the tiled bathroom floors) now boast beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring.
Last of all, we replaced the original aluminum-clad front door with an elegant, solid, mahogany front door. If you or anyone you know is looking to transform their existing home, contact us today to schedule a free consultation with one of our home remodeling professionals.
