We replaced decking boards and added new lattice and railings to both the deck and screened porch to seamlessly blend the two spaces. The lattice created invaluable storage for the homeowners and the new placement of the stairs made it easier to access their backyard.

The new screened porch boasts a ceiling fan, stained tongue and groove ceiling, an Andersen screen door, and new gutters and downspouts. We used the SCREENEZE system and all non-rot material.
