We recently completed a whole-house renovation of a 2,800 sq. foot home in Winston-Salem. After gutting the entire house leaving nothing but bare studs, we installed all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drywall. We also opened up the floor plan, added LVL’s and a structural beam to create a better flow in the home, water-proofed the basement and installed new drains.
Back upstairs, we equipped the home with high-end finishes throughout including granite in the kitchen and all bathrooms, a mix of elaborate tile and hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and under-counter lighting. The show-stopping master bathroom utilizes marble tile, frameless glass in the shower, a double-vanity and a large soaking tub and the open kitchen hosts a large island complete with a sink and a dishwasher that overlooks the family room.
A welcoming porch in the front of the home and a beautiful deck on the back seal off this whole-house renovation. This elegant Winston-Salem home is brand new from the inside out.
