We recently completed the addition of a screened porch to this beautiful Greensboro, NC home. We used vinyl PVC for the posts and railings, Trex composite decking boards for the floor, and seamless gutters and downspouts to the exterior.

To increase function, we installed electrical outlets, recessed lights and a ceiling fan. We also added white lattice under the porch to create a private storage area with a gate for access. In addition, we changed the handrails and decking on the existing side porch to match the new screened porch.
