Whole House Restoration from Fire

Front of HouseBelieve it or not, this Summerfield home was originally a  one-story ranch. After it was severely damaged in a fire, the homeowners called us to fully restore and remodel their entire home.

In order to save the home, but rid it of the fire damage, we used a crane to carefully excavate the damaged areas. The newly remodeled home now boasts a raised roof (and a second floor), a mudroom addition on the side of the home, an extended front porch, a new screened porch, and beautiful landscaping complete with an outdoor kitchen.

The rustic, craftsman style is consistent throughout the inside and the outside of the newly remodeled home with hickory floors throughout,  pine beams in the kitchen and family room, and a large stone chimney on the inside. On the outside, we used HardiePlank® siding with shakes in the gables and cedar beams on the front porch to stand up to the elements.

We look forward to sharing more information about the screened porch addition, outdoor living area, and curb appeal of this beautiful home. In the meantime, please contact us to discuss any upcoming projects you have in mind. We would be happy to provide you with a free consultation.
