We recently completed a master bathroom renovation in Greensboro, NC which started out with a full gut to the studs of the original space. The homeowners wanted the updated bath to include handicap-accessible features for future use. These considerations can be a great investment because they will allow the homeowners to stay in the house as they age or develop health issues down the road. To that end, we installed grab bars throughout the shower and toilet area, as well as an adjustable shower wand, and a curbless entry to the shower. We also moved a window in the bathroom to allow space for a bigger shower and a 3’ door to give enough space for a wheelchair.

We were excited to build this custom backyard playground for a great family in Summerfield, NC. We started out with no plans for the project, making it a completely custom build. We worked with the homeowners to determine what they wanted it to include so the kids would really love the playground and get the most use out of it. We chose pressure-treated material for its durability.  The metal roof will provide a nice shaded area for the kids to play year-round.

These homeowners wanted an ADA handicap-approved bathroom in their Greensboro home but were concerned it may be too small. The first thing we did was take out the tub/shower combo to provide room for a custom curbless marble shower with a tiled niche and a foldable teak shower seat. We changed to a pedestal sink to create more space and a comfort-height toilet so everything is now easily accessible with a wheelchair. In this Greensboro kitchen remodel, we gutted the kitchen, redesigned the layout completely, and opened up the kitchen to the dining room with a decorative cased opening. The new layout includes a large pantry and an island with a wine cooler and microwave built into the cabinetry and pendant lights over the top. We are excited to unveil this one of a kind, beautiful chapel we built in Summerfield for our client’s upcoming wedding. We built the foundation with blocks covered in a stone veneer. Using old tobacco barn logs we found stacked on-site, we constructed the walls and wood ceiling complete with rustic beams in the main room. We used old barn wood milled and finished on-site with Bono craft oil for the floor and trim. We recently completed this screened porch in Greensboro and designed it to seamlessly blend with the exterior of the home. By using Trex decking, non-rot trim, vinyl siding, and vinyl rails, we ensured the space would be easy to maintain and last for years to come. We used the Screen Eze system and finished it with an Anderson screen door.  Seamless gutters and downspouts will ensure proper drainage and the architectural shingles and trim match the home

We recently completed construction on a 12’x16’ barn-style storage building in Winston-Salem. The ramp and double doors allow for easier loading and unloading of larger items. We framed the building with 8-foot walls and a loft area with attic stairs for additional storage. In addition to wiring the storage building with lights and outlets, we added a vinyl window for natural light. We used only non-rot material on the exterior (Hardie Plank siding and Miratec trim) and painted it to match the house. Gutters, downspouts, and a roof that matched the home completed this functional storage solution.
