Before we began this Greensboro master bathroom remodel, the homeowners were living with a dark, cramped shower and an oversized tub that took up unnecessary space. Now, their beautiful new freestanding soaking tub takes up less space without sacrificing the size of the tub. They enjoy a large, tiled shower with plenty of room for both a showerhead and a rainhead. The frameless glass accentuates the spacious shower and keeps the entire space bright, open, and airy.
A double vanity with quartz countertops, all new lighting and plumbing fixtures, a wood-like tile floor, and a new coat of paint work together making this master bathroom feel so much more open. In a recent home renovation, we reconfigured their space to enlarge the kitchen area. We removed the load-bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room. Not only did removing the wall open up space, but it also made room for the new kitchen island. Next, we closed in part of the screen porch to accommodate the new laundry room that was previously housed in the kitchen. Continue reading “Kitchen, Laundry and Screened Porch in Jamestown, NC”

The screened porch we recently built in Oak Ridge, NC used pressure treated stained decking and non-rot Miratec trim. We installed fiberglass screening using the Screeneeze® system and added a white vinyl railing with black aluminum balusters. Continue reading “Screened Porch in Oak Ridge, NC”
The expansive new screened porch and deck we recently completed in Summerfield boast several added features. The A-frame screened porch was constructed from vinyl inside and out with gutters, downspouts and architectural shingles to match the existing structure.
We constructed the ceiling from beaded vinyl and incorporated two skylights to bring in natural light and a ceiling fan. After wrapping the posts in miratec, we painted them to match the vinyl. We used the SCREENEZE System to screen in the porch and an Andersen screen door. Lastly, we added a new deck with pressure treated wood. Black aluminum balusters and a pressure-treated railing unify the screened porch and deck into one expansive outdoor living area.

In our latest kitchen remodel, the homeowners selected raised-panel cabinetry with a darker tone on the island cabinets. Under-cabinet lighting accents the beautiful granite countertops on both the counters and the island. The custom tile inlay behind the sink coordinates perfectly with the tile backsplash throughout the rest of the kitchen. This 6′ privacy fence in Winston Salem surrounded around 300′ feet of yard. The area seen from the road used a shadow box design to give it more of a decorative look. The remaining portion is a typical, dog-eared privacy fence. One side has a single gate and the other a double gate to allow for heavy equipment, machinery or any other large object that may need to enter the backyard. We recently added a 10′ X 12′ screened porch onto the back of a home in Burlington. By matching the gutters, siding and architectural shingles to the existing home, you’d never know it was an addition. We insured lower maintenance for the homeowners by using vinyl in the construction of the porch. The ceiling fan, vinyl beaded ceiling and dog door customized the unique space for the family.

This Archdale family preferred the look of hardwood floors in their Archdale, NC home, but knew their young children would damage them. So instead, they decided on wood-like tile throughout the main rooms of the home and 3/4″ prefinished hardwood floors in the master bedroom. Now, they have the look of beautiful hardwood floors, but the easy cleanup that families with young children need and tile floors can provide.
